Pinnacle Skills collaborates with Industry partners to train youth
Pinnacle Skills has signed MoUs with top facility management companies Sodexo and PSIPL on a Recruit Train and Deploy model.

Sodexo is a French food services and facilities management company headquartered in the Paris suburb of Issy-les-Moulineaux. It has 412,088 employees as of 2021, operates in 55 countries and serves 100 million customers on a daily basis. Sodexo India provide a bouquet of 100+ service offerings to varied clientele — corporates, healthcare organizations, manufacturing locations, educational institutes.
Both companies have pan India presence and has thousands of staff under their payroll.
Pinnacle Skills will identify deserving youth and train them so they can work for these companies. Successful candidates will receive a slary starting from Rs 14,000 to Rs 16,000 per month along with in duty meals and accommodation. Courses on offer are Counter sales executive, F&B service associate and housekeeping trainee. Minimum qualification for these courses are Cl. 8 pass. While for counter sales executives Cl 12 pass and above can join.
